2. What is our purpose and legal basis to treat your data?
Ecoembes informs the Client, or the legal representative the Client may indicate during the contractual relationship, that their data will be processed by Ecoembes for the following purposes:
a) Adequately handling and managing requests made through the designated forms. Personal data collected by ECOEMBES will be subject to both automated and, where applicable, conventional processing to contact the user. This ensures that we can adequately handle and manage any requests submitted through the designated forms. At the time of data collection, the voluntary or mandatory nature of the collected data will be indicated by asterisks. Refusal to provide mandatory data will render us unable to provide the services requested and prevent you from accessing them.
Legal basis: Ecoembes will only process your data if it has the Client’s consent. By completing the form and accepting the privacy policy, you grant your express authorisation.
b) Sending information regarding ECOEMBES’ recycling activities and relevant magazines through electronic channels. By signing up for our newsletter, the citizen grants consent for their data to be processed for this purpose and agrees to receive commercial communications related to actions and services provided by the Controllers.
c) Managing participation in various projects/initiatives by ECOEMBES. Personal data collected by ECOEMBES will be processed automatically in order to respond to your request for participation in the Organisation’s projects/initiatives. Ecoembes may contact the interested party to inform them of the status of the project or initiatives they have expressed interest in or others with similar themes. By completing the form and accepting the privacy policy, you grant your express authorisation.
d) Ecoembes organises giveaways and contests. In these cases, Clients interested in participating can voluntarily sign up by completing the forms that Ecoembes has made available for this purpose. Ecoembes will process this data to handle the Client’s participation and manage or publish the prize, if applicable.

e) Sending satisfaction surveys. Based on our legitimate interest, ECOEMBES may send you satisfaction surveys to gain insights into user experience and implement the relevant improvements into our operations based on the analysis of the surveys. In any case, to protect your data protection rights, you may oppose this processing through the designated channels.
3. How long will we keep your data?
ECOEMBES complies with current regulations regarding the obligation to erase personal information that is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, by blocking access to such data. By blocking your data, ECOEMBES will no longer have access to it and will only process it to make it available to the relevant Public Administrations, Judges, Courts, or the Public Prosecutor’s Office. This is to address any potential liabilities related to data processing, especially concerning the filing and defence of claims before the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We will retain your blocked data for the periods specified in the applicable regulations and will proceed with the physical deletion of your data once these periods have elapsed.
4. Which recipients will your data be shared with?
Currently, ECOEMBES will not transfer any data you have provided to us unless legally required to do so.
5. How did we obtain your data?
The personal citizens’ data processed by Ecoembes are those that the interested parties have entered in the forms designated for the specified purposes.
6. What rights do you have when you share your data with us?
You can exercise your rights of access, portability, rectification, erasure, restriction, opposition, and not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. Similarly, you can withdraw your consent at any time.

7. Where can you submit your claims?
